Product Description:
Telescopic container spreader made of hanger structure, twist lock
device, guiding device, a telescopic device and hydraulic system ,
with orientation alignment, automatic opening and locking,
automatic telescopic function, in order to work quickly and
accurately to container loading and unloading.
The container spreader is provided with a mechanical or hydraulic
telescoping mechanism, in20ft to45ft range expansion, in order to
adapt to different specifications of container handling
requirements.

diagram, installation book, operating manual, drawings.
3. We can provide engineers to customer's factory to help
installation and training workers if customer required.
4. Spare parts is available when u need. Within warranty, we will
provide without any charge. Over warranty, we can provide spare
parts just with factory cost. We will take response and provide
technical support and repair of the whole machine lifetime.
Advantage:
1. Double box beam with steel legs moving through the ground beam
as crane travelling system.
2. The camber of main beam will be designed as Span*1-1.4/1000.

Packaging & Delivery:
1. Electric parts are packed by high-quality plywood crate, to
reduce distortion in conveying.
2. Main beams, end beams, and trolly/winch are packed with plastic
woven cloth. It can reduce abrasion during transportation.
3. If the size is suitable for container ship, usually by the
container.
4. Big size, usually by bulk ship or by container after truncation.
5. Transport ways are based on reducing costs & keep safety.
