Working Principle of electric flat car
The electric flat car is busbar powered, its conducts AC380v
slinding wire directly into the AC electrical control systom of the
electric vehicle to let it start, stop, go forward backforward and
so on. The car gets power from the slider of the safe busbar which
is moved by the cars running. The operation system is low voltage
36V power.

1.Operation alarm: each flat car has two red sound and light alarms
attached to the bottom of the car body at both ends of the
locomotive.Sound and light alarm will be issued at the same time
when starting operation.
2.Protection of motor: the power circuit is protected by short
circuit with a fuse, and the contactor is connected to the power
with a contactor.
3.Travel switch protection: flat car equipped with terminal travel
switch, when electric flat car run into the ground to touch the
iron, travel switch, cut off the power and stop deceleration
braking effect, until the stop.
4.Terminal protection: anti-collision limit blocks are placed at
the two terminals of the track to avoid the flat car from crossing
the track.
