The installation
Compared with other slide-contact lines, the installation of the
single-pole slide-contact line should be relatively flexible.
In particular, when the overall length of a slide-contact line is
greater than 150m-200m or the slide-contact line works in a
high-temperature environment for a long time, the expansion section
of the slide-contact line must be installed.
If a single-pole sliding contact line has multiple mobile devices
running at the same time, it is suggested to install the
maintenance section, which can make your maintenance and
maintenance more convenient.
The installation position of the maintenance section is not fixed,
which can be adjusted according to your actual situation.

Maintenance

whether there is looseness or disconnection at a joint every 6
meters. When checking the guidewire, it is necessary to check
whether the active part is rotating flexibly, whether the tension
spring is fatigue, and whether the brush is worn, etc.
(these conditions will affect the conductivity of the slide-contact
wire and the tracking performance of the guidewire. Adjustments
should be made promptly.)
