MH single girder gantry crane is a small and medium-sized crane
with rail operation, mainly composed of gantry (main beam,
supporting leg, lower beam, etc.), lifting mechanism, operating
mechanism, and electronic control part, with electric hoist as the
lifting mechanism, operating along the lower flange of main beam
i-steel.
The gantry structure is divided into box shape and truss, the whole
machine has the characteristics of lightweight, simple structure,
easy installation and maintenance. Suitable for general loading,
unloading and hoisting work in factories, mines, cargo yards,
warehouses and other outdoor places within the range of medium and
small lifting weights. It is prohibited to work in the environment
with inflammable, explosive and corrosive gas.
Construction features
1. Metal part
This electric hoist gantry crane is mainly composed of the main
beam, supporting leg and lower beam. The main beam and lower beam
are box structure welded by four steel plates, and the supporting
leg is box structure welded by four steel plates.
The electric hoist walks directly under the i-steel lower flange
plate of the main beam. For convenient storage and transportation,
the main beam, supporting leg and lower beam is connected with M20
bolts to become one.
2. Electric hoist
The electric hoist can lift heavy objects and move longitudinally
along the main beam.

specifications.
3. Operating mechanism
This product is in the form of separate drive, drive braking by
cone rotor motor to complete;
Transmission is the use of "one open and one close" gear
transmission.
4. Electrical equipment
This product USES the motor cone rotor motor form, with electrical
control, electric hoist and a whole set of cranes are equipped with
safety devices, such as lifting limit switch, terminal limit
switch.
5. The specification of this product is expressed as follows:
