Features

1 . Q: Do you currently have any stock samples in your warehouse?
A: Yes, we do. However, because different customers have different
requirements, even if the capacity and voltage are the same, other
parameters may also be different. As long as you confirm the order,
we can complete the sample quickly.
2 . Q: Speaking of mass production, when will it be delivered?
A: This depends mainly on battery model, material, quantity, etc.
Usually 15 days. Our suggestion is to check the delivery time
according to the circumstances.
3 . Q: What kind of certificates can you provide for the battery?
A: We don't have any certificates available at the moment because
it is a custom design. If you agree to pay, we can apply for
relevant certificates such as UL, CE,and UN 38.3. Of course, if
your number is large enough, the certificate fee can be returned.
4 . Q: Do you have a battery charger?
Yes, we do. If you need a charger, you can refer to the charger for
additional enquiries, but please note that our charger charge is
not included in the battery cost.
5 . Q: Are you a manufacturer or a simple trading company?
