1. Introduction:

Raw Material:High oil content raw materials such as cottonseed and rapeseed.The equipment has reasonable structure, reliable performance, stable operation and high oil output rate.

2. Main structure and working principle

The machine is composed of heat preservation wok, base, pressing chamber, pressing screw, transmission mechanism and power mechanism; the heat preservation wok is installed above the base to improve and maintain the temperature of raw materials.

Flow chart:The cottonseed enters the squeezing chamber, and moves forward under the push of the squeezing screw. As the screw pitch of the squeezing screw decreases gradually, the pressure of the squeezing chamber increases rapidly, the oil in the cottonseed is squeezed out, and the squeezed oil flows out of the oil press from the gap of the squeezing chamber, and the cake is discharged from the oil press to complete the whole squeezing process.
