LSR is platinum-cured and natural transparent silicone which is more transparent than solid silicone. Liquid silicone rubber can mixed with pigmentation to produce colorful LSR molded products.

The silicone products we supply include liquid silicone rubber and room temperature vulcanizing silicones.

The products are transformed into silicone elastomers through the process of vulcanization.

Product description

Silicone rubber molding is accomplished in five different ways:

1. cast molding,

2. injection molding,

3. compression molding,

4. transfer molding

5. dip molding

Ruihe RH6250 SERIES Liquid Silicone Rubber (F-LSR) is specifically designed for liquid injection molding.

The product is supplied as a two component, soft fluorosilicone paste. It heat cures to a 60 durometer material.

The cured rubber product is resistant to a wide variety of solvents and chemicals over a wide temperature range

of -63 to +175°C (-82° to +347°F) under immersion conditions, and up to +225°C (+437°F) in dry heat.

Storage

The 'Best use before end' date of each batch is shown on the product label.

Storage beyond the date specified on the label does not necessarily mean that the product is no longer usable.

In this case however, the properties required for the intended use must be checked for quality assurance reasons.
