The Lithium - ion battery automatic rail detection vehicle for
maintenance and inspection railway is applied for track inspections of railway or highway. Our
customers used the rail detection vehicle to transport worker and
their equipment for track maintenance.

enough to enable easy movement when the cart need to leave the
rail.

The rail detection vehicle has been delivered to our customers for
railway maintenance, The following is its specification:
1) Motors: DC driving.
2) Gauge: Standard 1435mm (other gauges available)
3) Frame: Welded rectangular tube aluminum
4) Seats: 1/2/4/6, and can add towed trailer of the trolley.
5) Wheels: Aluminum and Insulation treatment.
6) Control: There are two driving wheels on the rail detect
trolley. One control box and one brake. The trolley control button
on the electric appliance: forward and reverse switch, changing
speed switch, battery voltage meter, low battery warning light,
light switches and stop button.
7) Battery: The lithium-ion battery has heavy duty and long service
life, maintenance free, equipped with the battery case.
8) Chargers: You can charge the battery either on or off the
electric track cart. When there is no power, 8 hours can be charged
fully.

3. The packing of battery automatic rail detection vehicle for maintenance and
inspection railway
For length is less than 6m, the width is less than 2.2m. It will be
transported by 20ft container. If the length is longer than 5.9m
and less than 12m, it will be transported by 40ft container. If the
quantity is 2 sets or 3 sets, they can be transported by full
container. If the quantity is 1 set, it can be transported by LCL
Container.
If the length is less than 12m, the width is beyond 2.2m. It needs
to be transported by flat rack (20 or 40 ft) . If the equipment is
beyond above dimension, and quantity need to consider bulk cargo.
