Diamond composite core-less drilling bit
PDC core-less drilling bits use high-quality diamond composite
discs and high-density cloth teeth. They have the characteristics
of grinding and high drilling efficiency, and are suitable for
drilling in soft to medium hard formations (f≤10). Water design
directly flushes the cutting edge.
With high drilling speed and high service life. Mainly used for
drilling of gas drainage holes, drainage holes, grouting holes,
geological drilling, hydro-logical exploration, etc.
Applications
a. Used for core drilling in geology, coal fields, metallurgy,
building materials, and mines;
b. Used for core engineering survey and drilling of highways,
railways, bridges, buildings, hydro-power, etc.
c. It is used for grouting and drilling for weak and dangerous
rocks, foundation treatment, and broken strata;
d. It is used for large-diameter engineering drilling,
hydro-logical well drilling, construction pile foundation and
down-hole construction drilling;
e. It is used for tunnel ventilation, exhaust, monitoring drilling
of rock buildings and concrete sampling drilling.
