Ultra-micron grain size, it takes at least 96 hours for
ball-milling process, the mixed WC+ Cobalt powder is ultra fine and
uniform to get a extremely tight organizational structure after
pressing and sintering, finally ensure the perfect hardness and
transverse rupture strength to meet the industrial cutting
requirements under high speed and long-term on very difficult
solid-hard surface, So it's worth the highest cost. Industrial
grades recommended for hardwood, MDF, Veneer board and plywood
cutting by computer panel sizing machine and reciprocal machines.

get more than 50% cutting effectiveness and service life than which
of economical grades, 100% virgin fresh tungsten carbide powder +
cobalt powder with fine grain to keep the sintered saw tips with
hardness 90.5-92.8, and strengh is improved after the hot static
sintering during 24hours to 2800Mpa, it very suitable for hardwood,
MDF, copper and aluminum cutting saw blades. easy to be welded ,
save welding wire and no crack, safe.
If just for general cutting requirement, serval DIY cutting working
for daily life , the user is not professional worker , our
economical grade is your best choose, low cost of raw material, but
it fully meets the daily ordinary cutting requirements for small
saw blades 4" 5" 7" 8", medium grain to general softwood, hardwood,
or old recycle wood with nails etc, and coarse grain is very
special for saw blade for glass cutting, or marble granite and
