The electromagnetic pulse valve controls the opening and closing of
the valve body unloading hole according to the electric signal.
When the valve body is unloaded, the pressure gas in the cavity
behind the valve is discharged, and the pressure gas in the cavity
before the valve is throttled by the female pressure hole in the
diaphragm, the diaphragm is lifted, and the pulse valve is blown.
When the valve body stops unloading, pressurized gas quickly fills
the back cavity of the valve through the damping hole. Due to the
difference in the area of force on the valve body on both sides of
the diaphragm, the gas in the back cavity of the valve has a large
force and the diaphragm can be closed reliably The injection port
of the valve, the pulse valve stops blowing.
The moment the pulse valve is opened, a strong impulse air flow is
generated, so that the bag can be blown instantly.
