performance of the greenhouse has been increased by more than 30%,
but at the same time the light transmittance of the greenhouse has
also decreased by about 10%. It has good economic benefits in
northern areas with sufficient sunlight and low winter temperatures
in China. However, it is difficult to make up for the energy saving
effect of double-layer inflation due to insufficient winter light
and high temperatures due to the lack of sunlight in winter and
high temperatures. The loss caused by it is generally not suitable.
In the use of double-layer inflatable greenhouse, if two layers of
film air are filled from the room, although the inflation
temperature is high, because the indoor air is often accompanied by
high temperature and humidity, this air is filled into the film
room and the outer film is cooled. Condensation is easy to occur,
and the dew drops will stay between the two layers. Over time,
water bubbles will form between the membranes, causing the inner
layer of the membrane to be locally stressed and damaged. In order
to reduce the accumulation of such dew drops, it is generally
required to install the suction port of the inflatable fan
outdoors, because the relative humidity of outdoor air is lower
than that of indoor air.
