The main production process flow is coil material feeding, nose bridge tendon feeding, folding and pressing, mask cutting and forming, ear band feeding and welding, and finished product unloading. Automatically completes production from raw materials to finished masks. The produced masks are comfortable to wear, no pressure, good filtering effect of the masks, fit the human face, and can be used in medical, electronics, mining, construction and other industries.

The outer ear mask machine can only produce disposable flat masks with size 175*95mm, and cannot produce three-dimensional or N95 masks. Whether the masks produced by this machine are medically independent of the machine, as long as the masks are sterilized, the masks produced by this machine can be used to For surgical masks. Common medical masks: mainly composed of three layers of non-woven fabric.
