Body Control Solenoid Valve
The installment introduction:
1. First, Confirm the pulse valve in good condition and then
installed
2. Pulse valve will be installed directly the outer wall of flange
of gas manifold. The spray pipe across the gas manifold. According
to the drawing and manual, the pulse valve matching appropriate
spray pipe and installation. To avoid the valve install in the air
manifold bottom. If the pulse valve matched trachea and connector,
the connector will be used for sealing purpose only. It can not as
structural support components. It can not rely on the straight
connector fixed spray torch and package. The spray pipe and air
manifold must be fixed independent.
3. To tighten the hard nut, the maximum torque of 20 N*m.Tighten
the trachea, torsion of 20 N*m.
4. The connection control wire needs connect of every electric
control valve seat. Pay attention to the line adown to prevent rain
waterproof. Or through the joint and nylon pipe, it will connect
the pulse valve and electromagnetic assembly boxes of nylon pipe
connection.
5. To ensure that provide compressed air clean and dry. The air
manifold system provides moderate pressure and check for leaks
installation. ( it can brush on soap and water, check whether the
interface is bubble). Pressure was carried out on the air bag
inflated (pressure of the valve is around 0.03 ~ 0. 86 mpa),
recommend for air pressure 0.8 mpa maximum
6. Testing the pulse valve blowing, listening all the pilot valve
whether it is normal operation and whether the pulse blowing sound
is clear.
Working Principles
The electromagnetic pulse valve is composed of electromagnetic
pilot operator, diaphragm and valve body. Due to difference of
pressure acting on two sides of the diaphragm, the diaphragm is
pressed closely against the outlet of valve to keep the valve stays
in “closed” position.
1)When energized by an electric signal from the controller, the
electromagnetic armature will move to open the discharge opening of
back cavity. The compressed air in back cavity bursts out to relief
pressure and pressurized air in front cavity pushes up the
diaphragm to open the main outlet of valve, then the
electromagnetic pulse valve opens and starts to blow.
2)When the signal disappears and the spring works immediately to
send the pilot operator back to its original position and close the
discharging opening. The diaphragm will close the passage by the
effect of the pressure in the front cavity and the spring. The
pulse valve stops blowing.
3)The orifice in the diaphragm damps the airflow when the armature
is lifting up for releasing the pressure. When the discharge hole
closed, the pressure gas will fill into the front cavity to close
the passage by the diaphragm. The pulse valve stops blowing.

Note
A. The inlet and outlet ends of the nozzle and the injection pipe
inserted into the electromagnetic pulse valve should be maintained
at a certain depth. 20 valves is not less than 15 mm.
B. The ZM valve body cannot be used to support and fix the air
distribution box (air bag) and the blowing pipe. Special measures
shall be taken to support and fix it.
