NG Thickening Filtration Scraper Centrifuge
Operating principle and the liquid phase is needed (Settling
property)
◇Totally-enclosed structure. NG thickening filtration scraper
centrifuge integrates the settling property of the decanter
centrifuge with strong centrifugal force field, the filtration and
washing functions of the vertical filtration centrifuge, the
scraper discharging function and the pulling
bag residual removal function. The low-concentration slurry is
concentrated after the high separation factor sedimentation, among
which the liquid is discharged and the solid will directly enter
the vertical filtration centrifuge for further filtration. The
filter cake can be washed. The solid cake is discharged by scraper.
After scraping, the residual cake will be eliminated by pull-bag
action. As to flammable and explosive occasions, nitrogen
protective system can be equipped to prevent explosion.
◆ Scope of application Suitable for the material separation of low concentration, large
processing capacity, washing needed, residual filter cake may clog
the filter cloth.
Main Features:

◇ For materials difficult to separate, the bag pulling device can
be chosen, which can eliminate the residue filter cake and
make the filter cloth regenerate after each discharging.
