1. Introduction

IPX9K High temperature and high pressure jet spray test chamber is designed according to IEC60529, DIN40050-9 figure 7 and ISO20653 figure 8 and 9. IPX9K fan jet and jet distribution for test device to verify protection against high pressure/steam jet cleaning. It is applied to electrical equipment in road vehicles, motors, electric components and auto parts to do the waterproof test. After the test, the user can judge if the performance of the product can meet the requirements or not, and then do the re-designing and improvement.

The equipment includes 4 fan jet nozzles with postions 0⁰, 30⁰, 60⁰ and 90⁰, and it is controlled by PLC and touch screen, the test parameters are default according to standard. Equip with a force calibration device to determine the impact distribution against high pressure / steam jet cleaning, and waterproof rating 9K.

Water projected in high pressure high temperature gainst the enclosure from 4 directions (0⁰, 30⁰, 60⁰, 90⁰) shall have no harmful effects. Test duration: 30s per direction, water volume: 14~16 litres per minute, pressure: 8000~10000 Kpa, temperature: 80±5℃, test distance: 100 to 150mm.

4). Adopts high quality stepping motor, set the speed and angle by touch screen.

6). Test time: 0-999min adjustment, auto stop.

7). Communication function optional, can work with PC to save the data.

8). With leakage protection, water shortage protection, overflow protection and short circuit protection to protect the equipment from damage . Door induction proection to protect the operator from hurt.

9). Built-in water tank, the water can be recycled. With ball valve to control the water level, and has low water leve alarm function

10). With a transparent observation window made by tempered glass, an LED light is installed in the box to facilitate observation during the test.

1) Regardless of the EUT size, how to make sure the test distance is 100mm to 150mm?

Answer: User can adjust the height of turntable and fan jet nozzles (0⁰, 30⁰, 60⁰) to make sure the test distance is between 100mm and 150mm.

2). Can this chamber be used for live test of the EUT?

Answer; Yes, there is a waterproof socket inside of the equipment, the voltage is 220V.

3). What is the warranty?

Answer: the warranty is 12 months upon buyer receipt of the goods.

4). Can we customized the working size?

Answer: sure, the working size is depends on the EUT.

5). What is the working power of this equipment?

Answer: 380v/50Hz by default.
