ISOCHI collet advantages:
The chuck is light weight, fast in acceleration, little affected by
centrifugal force, and high in concentricity. It can be exchanged
quickly when changing parts. Suitable workpiece size range is
limited. Long axial dimension is more suitable for small parts.

Collet material-stainless steel:
Stainless steel refers to steel that is resistant to corrosion by
weakly corrosive media such as air, steam, and water, and
chemically corrosive media such as acid, alkali, and salt. It is
also called stainless acid-resistant steel. In practical
applications, steel that is resistant to corrosion by weakly
corrosive media is often referred to as stainless steel. Stainless
steel is an extremely thin, strong and stable chromium-rich oxide
film (protective film) formed on its surface. Prevent oxygen atoms
from infiltrating and continuing to oxidize, and obtain rust
resistance.

period of ISOCHI is 2 months.

--How Often?
It is important to carry out regular collet maintenance to ensure
excellent performance and long life from your spindles.
ISOCHI suggest the following maintenance intervals:-
Removable collets every 100 operating hours
Bonded collets every 24 operating hours
The actual frequency of collet maintenance is dependent on
application, usage and environment, and could be shorter or longer
than the times suggested above.
