Product description
Tin bronze copper sleeve refers to the copper sleeve processed with
tin bronze. The tin content of tin bronze is generally between 3%
and 14%, which is mainly used to make elastic components and
wear-resistant parts. The content of tin in deformed tin bronze is
less than 8%, sometimes phosphorus, lead, zinc and other elements
are added. The addition of lead can improve the machinability and
wear resistance of tin bronze, and the addition of zinc can improve
the casting performance of tin bronze.
The alloy copper sleeve has the characteristics of high mechanical
properties, wear resistance, corrosion resistance, easy cutting,
good brazing performance, small shrinkage coefficient and non
