Performance characteristics of copper sleeve material:
1,ZCuSn10Pb1
High hardness, excellent wear resistance, not easy to produce the
phenomenon of seizing. It has better casting performance and
cutting performance than the copper sleeve of injection molding
machine. It has good corrosion resistance in the atmosphere and
fresh water. It can be used for wear-resistant parts working under
high load (below 20MPa) and high sliding speed (8m / s), such as
connecting rod, Bush, bearing bush, gear, worm gear, etc.
2,ZCuSn10Pb5
Corrosion resistance, especially for dilute sulfuric acid,
hydrochloric acid and fatty acid. Structural materials,
corrosion-resistant and acid resistant accessories, as well as
crusher bushing and bearing bush.
3,ZCuPb10Sn10
Good lubricity, wear resistance and corrosion resistance, suitable
for bimetal casting material. Bearings for vehicles, bimetallic
bearing shells for internal combustion engines with a peak load of
100MPa, as well as piston pin sleeves, friction plates, etc.
4,ZCuPb15Sn8
Under the condition of lacking lubricant and using water quality
lubricant, it has good sliding and self-lubricating properties,
easy cutting, poor casting performance and good corrosion
resistance to dilute sulfuric acid. The bearing with high surface
pressure and side pressure can be used to make copper cooling pipe
of cold rolling mill, parts with impact load up to 50MPa,bimetal
bearing bush of internal combustion engine, mainly used for piston
pin sleeve with maximum load up to 70MPa and acid resistant
accessories.
5,ZCuZn38Mn2Pb2
It has good mechanical properties, corrosion resistance, wear
resistance and cutting performance. Structural parts for general
use, simple
castings for ships, instruments, etc., such as sleeves, bushes,
bearing shells, sliders, etc.
