Copper sleeve is also known as copper bearing. It is a kind of
component used in sliding rotating machinery to reduce friction
drive thrust and play a role of supporting and fixing. The copper
sleeve needs to be lubricated with oil. The copper sleeve is also
made of various copper alloys to lubricate the mechanical parts.
Copper sleeves, also called copper shaft sleeves, are divided into
a variety of types, including machine copper rollers, copper
bearings, and so on. Used for various light industry, large and
heavy machinery, it is an important component of machinery. The
product has the traditional tin bronze bearing function, using
electrolytic copper as the raw material and a variety of trace
metal elements, sintered at high temperature, and processed by air
pressure centrifugal casting. High hardness, excellent abrasion
resistance, not easy to cause seizure, good casting performance and
cutting performance, good corrosion resistance in the atmosphere
and fresh water. In the absence of lubricants and water-based
lubricants, good sliding and self-lubricating properties, easy
cutting, poor casting properties, and good corrosion resistance to
dilute sulfuric acid.
Production and processing
As we all know, copper sleeve has high hardness and good wear
resistance, which is not easy to produce the phenomenon of seizing,
and it also has good casting performance and machinability. It has
very strong corrosion resistance. So it is also very careful in the
process of manufacturing, so what should we pay attention to in the
process of manufacturing?
The first point: when casting the copper sleeve, each process must
be carefully handled. For example, the core must be placed in the
right position when the box is closed, so as to avoid that the cast
product cannot be processed according to the size due to this
reason. The second point: before processing, first clean the
casting, then get on the car, first correct it, then get off the
car when processing to the semi-finished product, and cool it.
Because copper has shrinkage, in order to process accurately, get
on the car again when the workpiece is placed at room temperature
for processing.

1. Mix proportion according to the material required by the
customer and send it to the medium frequency furnace for smelting;
2. Before pouring, the spectral analysis was carried out;
3. According to the results of spectral analysis, different metal
elements are added properly to meet the material requirements of
customers;
4. Centrifugal casting copper sleeve;
5. Machining;
6. Mechanical property test (tensile test, hardness test);
7. NDT to ensure no casting defects
8. Package and deliver the goods after passing the inspection
