Product function
The function of the shaft sleeve in the machine is to reduce
friction, vibration, corrosion, noise, maintenance and simplify the
structure manufacturing process. In the moving parts, the long-term
friction will cause the parts to wear. At this time, the copper
shaft sleeve can reduce the friction. If the copper sleeve is worn
to a certain extent, only the copper sleeve needs to be replaced,
so as to save the cost of replacing the shaft or seat.
There is almost no metal consumption in the gating system and riser
system, so the production rate is improved;
② The hollow casting can be produced without core, so the ability
of metal filling can be greatly improved, the ratio of casting wall
thickness to length or diameter can be reduced, and the production
process of sleeve and tube castings can be simplified;
