Product Description
Fine Bubble Air Diffuser is made of strengthen PP as the main body,
assisted by silica gel diaphragm processing. The diaphragm opening
adopts numerical control to ensure the uniformity of opening. The
device has the advantages of small bubble diameter, small
gas-liquid interface diameter, large gas-liquid interface area,
uniform bubble diffusion, not easy to produce hole blockage and
strong corrosion resistance.
EPDM membrane is suitable for municipal sewage, industrial
wastewater from animal slaughtering, food processing and beverage
production; silicone membrane is suitable for industrial wastewater
from pulp and paper industry, petrochemical industry, refining and
processing, etc.
Product Features
1. The aeration plate is equipped with deformation resistant
strengthening structure, expanded gripping structure and anti
falling sealing bar to ensure the structural stability of the
product under high strength and long-term operation conditions and
prevent the diaphragm from falling off.
2. The product is equipped with a check structure to effectively
prevent the backflow of sewage. Multiple check structures can be
added according to process requirements.
3. The vulnerable parts of the support plate are strengthened and
durable; the air flow mode is optimized to reduce the resistance
loss of the extension, and the product is efficient and
energy-saving.
