Product Description
The disc diffuser aerator is a kind of aerator developed in 1980s.
Its main body is made by ABS engineering plastic, and membrane is
made by EPDM rubber.
The membrane opening is made by machining. The numerical control
opening is used to ensure the quality and accuracy of the hole.
When the aerator is aerated with oxygen, four air supply tanks are
designed on the main panel, so that the incoming air can be
buffered by the check valve and directly sent to the center of the
aerator head, so as to ensure that the diaphragm can be opened
easily at one time with low resistance.
The membrane is mechanically assembled with rib anti lock to keep
the membrane from falling off. When air enters, the micropores on
the air distribution membrane expand by themselves to make air pass
through.

1. EPDM Rubber diaphragm
Select imported high-quality rubber raw materials, according to the
requirements of aeration conditions, customize the material
composition and proportion, excellent physical and chemical
properties, effectively prevent the diaphragm from shrinking,
hardening and aging, and extend the product life.
2. ABS Plastic support plate
Polypropylene and glass fiber are used, and anti aging additives
are also provided. The product has excellent toughness while
retaining enough strength. The product is resistant to oxidation,
UV, impact, creep and corrosion, with stable and stable
performance, strong and durable.
3. Process technology, professional and reliable
(1) Professional membrane surface treatment technology, special
drilling technology, to ensure smooth surface, small pores,
products are not easy to scale, small bubbles, uniform air
distribution, effectively reduce the shear damage of bubbles to
activated sludge particles, and improve the biochemical activity of
the system.
(2) The rubber diaphragm production adopts the molding process to
ensure the uniform specific gravity of the diaphragm,
multi-directional tear resistance and high tear strength.
(3) Mechanical assembly production line, with hot-melt welding
instead of adhesive process, to ensure adequate supply, product
quality uniformity, stability and reliability, highly repeatable.

free of impurities, to ensure that the product is stable and
