Application:

1. It is mainly suitable for highmast and power transmission monopoles. After bending, The two pieces of pole are assembled by the upper and side oil cylinders, and then spot welding is performed by hand to facilitate the next welding process.

2. Straighten the pole after longitudinal welding

3. Round the pole after welding to facilitate flange assembly.

MAIN TECHNICAL FEATURES

Technical explain:

The machine is triple-beam and working table structure, main cylinder is installed on the central of upper beam to do up and down. Two side-cylinder is installed in vertical column and it can move up and down.

All the actions are manual mode, which means when press corresponding button, relevant action will be made and stop after release, and cylinder on two sides can also be operated separately or simultaneously.

Two supporting rollers are installed in the work table’s anteroposterior, in order to the pole go forward and backward easily.
