900mm Preheater Cylinder Corrugated Cardboard Production Line for single-sided corrugated machine in the production of paper, corrugated preheating. It is located betweenmill roll stand and single facer. Preheat the paper to get the proper moisture content and stretch the paper. Composition: It consists of a hot cylinder, a fixed guide roller, a floating guide roller, a steam system and an electric control system. Floating guide roller driven by the motor, you can rotate around the periphery of the hot cylinder, so as to adjust the drying area of the paper

1. The pre-heater roller is under the stander of the 1st class(grade) pressure vessel of the national.

2. All the surfaces of every rollers have been grinded with high accuracy and chromed plated to less the resistance of paper preheating, long service of using life.

3. Electric to enlarge the preheating area, preheating area can be in 360° to adjust the preheating

Area.

4. Dishing seal or plat design will make reel paper be heated evenly.

5. Electric wrap angle can be adjusted freely, and the angle area can be increased
