Stainless Steel Crescent Type Headbox Introduction:

The Crescent paper machine adopts a full stainless steel hydraulic headbox. The distributing bundle is combined with diffusion tubes. The diffusion tube bundle adopts the diffusion-finally section tube through the precise calculation, horizontal distribution, and dispersion to the pulp which is from the inlet pipe so that the pulp has a uniform distribution effect and good dispersion characteristics, which guarantees the quality of tissue paper.

1. It adopts suction cylinder former or crescent former in the wire section, which brings better paper forming and high dewatering efficiency;

2. It is a vacuum press in the press section. The dryness out of the press section can reach 38~40%;

3. In the drying section, Yankee dryer and high-speed hot air hood bring the highest dryness which ensures the high-speed running of the machine; Reliable technology of steam&condensate water and heat recovery makes steam consumption per tone production reach an advanced level;

4. In the drive section, the digital AC frequency control system improves control precision, so the performance is stable and reliable.
