JCS-ZX-1200G is designed for large crash lock bottom box, pre-folding boxes and straight line boxes.The max paper board width is 1meter. The long folding part decreases the appearance of bell mouth.The belt of folding part is broadening belt, which play a rolein the bell mouth of E flute corrugated boxes.Collection part adopts waiting function. The motor speed is controllable, so it's more reasonable to collect boxes. It's ideal equipment for large carton box package.

1. Feeder part is the first part of the machine.Its fuction is feeding the paper to lock bottom part continuously and smoothly.And the speed is adjustable.

2. Lock bottom part is the second part of machine.Its function is folding the bottom part of the box and gluing it.

3. Folding part is the third of the machine.Its function is folding the 2nd and 4th.

4. The conveyor part is the last part of the machine.Its function is conveying the box to the collecting part where workers can collect the box easily.
