The whole machine's electrical appliances and computer software adopt international famous brands (Schneider, Delta) with stable and reliable quality, and adopt man-machine interface, computer order management (Beijing Kunlun Tongzhou MCGS color touch screen), easy operation, faster order exchange (multiple orders can be saved).
3. High quality steel, tempering and tempering are used for the whole machine shaft and roll; lapping, high precision computer dynamic balance correction, hard chromium plating on the surface.
4. The transmission gears of the whole machine are all made of 20CrMnTi alloy steel, carburized and quenched, with hardness HRC58-62. After grinding, the 6-level accuracy ensures the high accuracy of color matching for long-term use.
