1. Electrically separate and combine , pneumatic lock, pneumatic

2. Distributing ink device, ink forme roller with automatic idle
function, make when machine stop ink won't dry.
3. Drive gear, adopt 45 steel, helical gear processing by grinding, high frequency quenching
technology, some positions adopt keyless device (a tight rope) no
clearance fit, and with higher precision.single piece manual
feeding, operate convenient, with high efficiency, save energy,
safety etc.
4. Drive roller, all of the drive rollers adopt 45# steel,processing by grinding ,balance correction,chromium plating
5. Lubrication device: this machine adopt the automatic (mechanical pump) spray
type circulation lubrication device, automatic spray oil, ink
evenly, each group cycle back and forth, to improve the service
life of the gear and the precision of the chromatically.
6. Blade adopt Qingdao famous manufacturer, high quality front
steel material, processing by forging, grinding, high frequency
quenching technology , Internal tooth shape design (crescent type
teeth) ,sharp and durable 7. electrical components:the major parts adopt Siemens,Schneider ,increase the stability.
7. This machine can equipped with punching device, also can match four link
no-mould die cutting device, can also match die-cutting mould.
