Main configuration
Die cutting part
1. Die cutting roller is centrifugal casting, wallboard thickness
is 35mm, balance correction and chrome plated.
2. The wallboard is high quality steel whose thickness is 50mm
which is made by big machining center.
3. The soft roller can be grinded automatically 3-4 times to
improve using rate of glue sheath.
4. Linear speed can automatically compensate to ensure the same
size of every batch of paperboard.
5. Imported polyurethane glue sneath which is easy to install and
can cut 8 million times.
6. Mechanical soft roller can move left and right for 40mm. Grind
uniformly.
7. Six level of fine grinding gears adopt 40cr material with low
noise and long service time.
8. Die cutting roller has cylinder type automatic separation to
reduce the grinding of glue sneath.
Paper feeding part
1. Adopt the world’s advanced leading edge paper feeding system
which has high feeding precision of ±0.5mm. This machine can feed
paper 10000 pieces per hour.
2. Draught fan can be adjusted to meet the demand of paper feeding.
3. Adopt microcomputer control and phase position can be adjusted
360 degrees quickly and accurately.
4. The front paper block board is manual adjust and sidepilegll is
controlled by computer.
5. Rubber surface for paper guiding roller can avoid damaging
paperboard and increase accuracy of paper sending.
