Notes on installation and use of universal Gimbal ripple
compensator:
A.The tie rods on the compensator are used for installation,
transportation, and adjustment. They cannot be used as load-bearing
parts. After the product is installed on the pipeline, the tie rods
must be removed before putting it into operation.
B. When the corner distortion of the compensator is required or the
system working pressure is high, it is recommended that the product
be "cold-tightened" during installation, which is generally 50%
cold-tightened or 100% cold-tightened.The advantages of cold
tightness are mainly the stable operation of the compensator and
pipeline.C. Pay attention to the rotation plane of the compensator
hinge during installation, which is consistent with the
displacement.
