Product description
The shape of metallic compensator can be circular, rectangular and
bellow-form. There are 98 specifications(300×400~6000×5000) of
rectangular metallic compensator by their different DN, and the
rectangular metal compensators has many types such as single-wave
metallic compensator, double-wave metallic compensator, three-wave
metallic compensator, etc. (each type has 98 specifications).
Corrugated compensator belong to a kind of compensation component.
Rectangle ripple compensator (FGFB) also called rectangle of
corrugatedexpansion joint, and rectangular corrugated expansion
joint, axial, lateral,angular compensation function. Especially
suitable for power plants, steel mills, coke, cement industry,
smoke, wind, dust, the fan duct.
Feature of rectangular expansion joint

Function
1. When pipeline cross the foundation beam or basement wall, in
order to avoid base fell have pressure on pipeline, need install
square compensator.
2. If the heat pipe is too long, need install square compensator to
reduce pipeline stretching caused by thermal expansion and cold
contraction.
Application
Rectangle metallic compensator joints are widely used for plpes
conveying gas and dusty gas, pipes for ventilation and ower te sate
displacement and reduce vibration.
