Product description
Curved tube pressure balance expansion joint is suitable for
petrochemical, steel, power, non-ferrous metal and other
departments;Balance ripple compensators are used in pumps,
compressors, steam turbines and other load-sensitive piping
systems.
Bend pressure balance type expansion energy compensation axial
displacement, lateral displacement, without pressure within the
piping system or other equipment to produce thrust, bend, or with
the device installed in the pipe connection line of the space, can
rapid attenuation due to the vibration stress wave in the system
such as start, stop, eliminate water machine, and can absorb
vibration noise, guarantee the equipment operation.
There are two working bellows in the front (channel end) and a
balance bellows in the rear (balance end).The spherical nut wire on
the large pull rod rotates around the spherical washer when the
bending pipe is produced and transversally displaced.At the same
time, the large pull rod is under internal pressure.The two bellows
at the channel end of the expansion joint can compensate for the
lateral displacement of the curved section, and the balance bellows
at the balance end can compensate for the axial displacement of the
straight section.

1. Curved tube pressure balance type expansion joint is generally
applied to the straight pipe line overhead and installed
horizontally.
2. After installing the pressure balance expansion joint of the
pipe, all the small tie rods shall be removed.
3. In order to reduce the elastic reaction of the bellows expansion
joint to the support, the bellows expansion joint can be pre-pulled
or pre-pressed before installation (it can be achieved by adjusting
the small tie rod on it).
