Installation work
1. After the arrival of the compensator, the following contents
shall be unpacked for inspection:
Documentation: check whether the model, specification and technical
parameters listed on the compensator label and qualification
certificate are consistent, and whether other required technical
documents are complete.
Appearance inspection: the compensator has no obvious scratch or
sharp indentation;There should be no foreign body inside the
compensator (trough);The connection ports should be in good
condition. If the sealing surface of the flange connection should
be free from penetrating scars, the coating should be free from
peeling, cracking and peeling, and the large tie rod, transport tie
rod and fasteners should be complete.
2. Matters needing attention in hoisting and transportation of
compensator:
When hoisting, special hoisting fixture or lifting lug shall be
used, and transport tie rod shall not be used as load bearing
part.A small - bore compensator without lifting lug can be attached
to the joint with rope because of its light weight.
Transport, storage process to prevent the sun and rain, water
immersion, harmful gas corrosion.
Transport, storage process to prevent falling, collision, do not
pile up with other items together, so as to avoid damage to the
bellows.
The transport process to be bound firmly, to prevent the movement
and rolling.
