XBG-2 electric heating tape repairer
use:
During the operation of the belt conveyor, due to the deviation of
the conveyor or the quality of the conveyor itself, the two sides
of the tape are damaged, which affects the normal use. The
repairing machine can not remove the roller in a short time
(usually 3 hours) after the shutdown. In this case, effective
vulcanization repair is applied to the edge damage.

(1) Vulcanization temperature: 145 ° C

(3) Vulcanization pressure: 0.5Mpa

XBG-2 type installation:
(1) Fill the damaged parts that need to be repaired (see the
filling part in the vulcanization process of the tape joint, or the
demonstration by the service personnel of the factory when the
equipment is commissioned).
(2) The lower bottom plate, the water pressure plate and the lower
heating plate are placed under the damaged portion of the tape
according to the structural diagram.
(3) Place a heating plate, a heat insulating plate, an upper bottom
plate, and a lower bottom plate on the repaired portion.
(4) Install the lock case at equal distances and tighten the
transfer bolts.
(5) Connect the power supply and the electric control box with one
wire, and connect the upper heating plate and the electric control
box, the lower heating plate and the electric control box with the
secondary wires. Note that it corresponds to the electric control
box label.
(6) Connect the water pump and the water pressure plate with a
high-pressure hose to open the electric control box. (See the XBG
electric control box operation method for details), and fill the
water pressure plate to the vulcanization pressure.
