Operating procedure of the whole core with joints:

3. Heat the upper and lower vulcanization boards until the belt is soft, cut the tooth line, and then grind the break and the tooth part evenly. After cleaning with a cleaning agent, lay the rubber flat and then paint sk833;

4. After the retaining iron is fixed on the side of the joint, fix the vulcanization plate and the beam and column, fill the water with a test pump, insert the heating wire into the vulcanization plate to start heating;

5. After vulcanization is completed, release the vulcanizing machine water pressure when the vulcanizing temperature drops to 70 ℃, and then dismantle the vulcanizing machine.
