GUOMAT 1B53014 3/4 Description:
The traditional fluidized bed damping method is primarily a rubber
cushion that requires a higher steel spring. However, neither of
the two methods of shock absorption can meet end user requirements.
However, the introduction of "air spring insulation systems" abroad
has made it possible to isolate vibrations rather than reduce them.
With its unique energy conversion method, the vibration of
mechanical energy is converted into internal energy, so that 95% of
the vibration is isolated to achieve a real isolation effect.
Different types of fluidized beds can choose the appropriate load
capacity of the air spring according to the total weight of the
fluidized bed and design specific installation methods based on the
length, width and height of the fluidized bed. However, the
installation of air springs is advisable. This simplifies the
installation of the insulation system considerably than the
installation of steel springs.
There are two control methods for airbag insulation. One is a set
(usually 4 or 6) of airbag check valve cushions, just like a car
tire.
