Applications
Used for Power transmission and distribution line with voltage
rated at 35kv and below. Compared with PVC Insulated Power cable,
XLPE power cable boasts not only characteristics of excellent
electricity, mechanism , heat and aging- resistant, environment
stress-resistant and chemical corrosion-resistant, but also simple
structure, light weight, no restriction by laying drop, and high
temperature allowance for long term working.
For Layling indoors and outdoors. Able to bear certain traction
during installation, but not external mechanical forces.Standards
PVC insulated power armoured electrical cable is suitable for
electricity transmission and distribution line whose rated voltage
is 0.6/1kV. The flame retardant type is used in place where high
density and good fire-proof property are required, such as subway,
power station, high-rise building, entertainment place, large
industriall and mining enterprises etc
Property
1. The highest allowed operating temperature of conductor for
long-term working is 90 degrees.
2. In short circuit (Max long term is no more than 5 seconds),the
highest temperature for conductor is no more than 250 degrees.
3. the environmental temperature of operating in air should be no
more than 40 degrees, and 25 degrees underground.
4. Excellent electrical performance, resistance to chemical
corrosion.
Conductor
Plain, annealed electrolytic copper or Aluminum conductors, solid,
circular stranded, or sectorial stranded, conforming to the
applicable requirements of IEC 60228.
Insulation
PVC based thermoplastic or XLPE thermosetting material, conforming
to the
applicable requirements of IEC 60502-1.
Assembly
Insulated conductors are laid up, filled where necessary with
non-hygroscopic material and covered with an extruded thickness of
thermoplastic mate
