Semi-Automatic Powder Organic Fertilizer Production Line
The production of powder organic fertilizer is relatively simple.
Production equipment is mainly five parts: organic compost dumper,
forklift, ration feeder, crusher, screening machine (drum screen or
vibration screen). Before equipment and equipment, four sets of
belt conveyors are needed to connect to form a complete production
line.
1. A set of belt conveyors on the crusher is used to connect the
screened bulk materials.
2. The upper strip of the screen is connected with the fermentation
material.
3. A strip under the screen is connected with the finished material
after screening, and the finished product is sent to the processing
site for weighing and packing.
4. The warehouse needs a conveyor to load.
