Batching machine:The main machine is composed of feding system,
weighing device,silo and conveyor belt.it has high automation and
only needs manual feeding.it greatly saves time and production
costs and meets the national measurement standards.
Grinder:Cage crusher is suitable for the crushing of bulk materials
in compound fertilizer production, but also widely used in chemical
industry, building materials, mining and other industries. In the
crushing process, the machine adopts high-strength bran-resistant
cemented carbide chain plate with synchronous rotating speed.The
inlet and outlet ports are designed reasonably,the crushed
materials are uniform,the wall is ont easy to stick,and it is easy
to clean up.
Blender:High eficiency, high stirring sfficiency and less floor
area.Helical blades are made of special alloy with high wear
resistance, smooth operation is driven by reducer,smooth and low
noise,reasonable structure of single-axle mixer feeding from tom
top and discharging from bottom.
Granulator:adopts the whole circular arc structure, and the
granulating rate can reach more than 93%.lt has three discharging
ports,which is convenient for discomtinuous production,greatly
reducing the labor intensity and improving the labor efficiency.
the plate bottom is strengthened by a plurality of radiant steel
plates,which is durable and never deformed.
Dryer:Rotary dryer is suitable for drying of organic frtilizer,
slag clay limestone phosphogypsum steel plant,sludge of water slag
power plant and sewage treatment Plant,it has the advantages of
large drying capacity,stable operation,low energy
consumption,convenient operation and high output.
automatic packing and Mechanical gripper:For handling or
palletizing box-shaped materials, adjustable grabbing size, light
aluminum alloy body, 304 stainless steel standard parts, swing hook
base, one-way translation clamping ensures stable and reliable
grabbing finished product.
