Introduction

Structure Features

1. The machine is driven by a motor, the cylinder is driven by sprocket, and the stirring blade is driven by triangular belt, with simple structure, reliable transmission and convenient maintenance;

2. The double-cone support bearing of this machine adopts mechanical seal dust isolation treatment, with reliable sealing effect, the powder will not leak, will not be damaged because of the material into the bearing, resulting in rapid wear of the bearing;

3. Double-cone barrel feeding port adopts quick opening rotary valve, and discharging port adopts large diameter 90° rotary valve, which is especially convenient to use.

Working Principle

The rotating cylinder is designed in various forms such as double cone and different blade shapes are designed in the cylinder body at the same time. When the cylinder body rotates, the materials in the cylinder body are continuously promoted, scattered, staggered, to achieve the effect of rapid mixing, and finally to achieve even mixing.

During the whole mixing process, the cylinder body keeps turning over, and all materials in the cylinder body get moving. There is no dead Angle in the mixing. The materials must have fluidity, and the viscous materials cannot be dropped.
