Ro Water Purifier MachineDescription

Ro Water Purifier Machine is using city water as raw water, then treat water by Pre-filter (water softener is optional), reverse osmosis membrane. It can remove particle, colloid, organic impurity, heavy metal ion, bacteria, virus in water, and it can also remove 99% dissolved salt. The whole system desalination rate can reach 96%-99% to make permeated water conductivity<10 us/cm. Dense water also won't polluted environment.

Underground water with iron and manganese after treating by aeration, iron and manganese ions in the water starts to be oxidated, iron(Fe²⁺), manganese(Mn²⁺) exists in the underground water (well water),MnO2 in the manganese sand can catalyze the oxidation of Fe2+, Mn2+, to generate insoluble trivalency iron and tetravalent manganese, then use the back washing function of the manganese sand filter to get rid of iron and manganese and make the source water purified.

Ro Water Purifier Machine Processing

Process: raw water tank→ raw water pump→quartz sand filter →activated carbon filter#1→activated carbon filter#2→water softener/chemical dosing system(optional)→security filter→high pressure pump→ro system→pure water tank+UV sterilizer(ozone generator) +precision filter+ water supply point

First stage pretreatment.(Sand filter)

The use of multi-medium quartz sand filters, main purpose is to remove the water contains sediment, manganese, rust, colloid material, mechanical impurities, suspended solids and other particles in the above 20UM of substances hazardous to health.

Second stage pretreatment (activated carbon filter#1)

Activated carbon filters used to remove the pigment in the water, smell, a large number of chemical and biological organisms, reducing the residual value of water and pesticide pollution and other harmful pollutants.

Third stage(activated carbon filter#2)

Fourth stage pretreatment (Resin softener)

Cationic resin used for water softening, primarily to remove hardness of water. So as to effectively prevent the reverse osmosis membrane fouling. System can automatically recoil, and so is red.

Fifth stage pretreatment (Micron filter)

Particle size in water to remove fine particles, sand filters can remove very small colloidal particles in the water, so that the turbidity reached 1 degree.
