Main characteristics of Non-gravity Double Shaft Paddle Mixer:
This machine has a wide selection for mixing material, specially
for material that has large difference in specific
gravity(proportion) and particle size, so it improves some
disadvantages other than some mixers to get higher accuracy of
mixture.

its standard deviation is 3~8/100000(0.003~0.000%), coefficient of
variation of mixing CV is 3-4%
Fast mixing speed, normal filler’s reaching CV 3-4% only takes 1~3
minutes

physical state of material
Filling amount/feeding amount has a large variable range, which is
0.2~0.6

Sub-System introduction:
1. Weighing system
a. Weighing system adopt pull type sensor structure, international
famous sensor module,analogue connects into PLC to control.
b. Special two-pass (double stroke) sector shape valve or butterfly
valve, effective air-blow device is able to control weighing
accuracy greatly. Weighing scale has the advantage of stable,
anti-interference and simple but durable.
c. Precise design of weighing scale, shake-proof and anti-abrasion
measures’ taken, ventilation soft connection joint and balance air
circuit ensure weighing accuracy consistent upon working process.
2. Filler (powder) conveying system
Adopt famous screw conveyor, butterfly valve, pneumatic anti-arch,
safety valve and bin top dust collector, which ensure filler
conveying in a safe, reliable and stable condition.
3. Packing and bulk system
The equipment is set with branching devices for bulk and package,
user can select according to product kind and amount. Packing
machine is R&D based on European technology which owns national
patent. Packing machine of this kind consumes extremely low energy,
by using air force to convey, maintenance fee costs little.
4. Pneumatic system
Adopt famous screw compressor, refrigerated air dryer, air tank.
Air cylinder, butterfly valve and arch-breaker device of pneumatic
actuating mechanism all adopt international or national famous
brand to ensure smooth running of air circuit.
