    Automatic Dry Mix Mortar Production Line is produced by professional manufacturers, it is inorganic binder after processing of drying and screening that can be water-retention and thickening materials, it is use aggregate and additives mixing as a percentage into powder mixture. It is mainly use sand, cement, thickening powder, fly ash and additive. In addition, it requires to add early-strength additive, fast-drying additive and so on according to the species. It can use bulk packing or bag packing to transport to work site, after it mix with water as required, you can directly use it.


    Working Principles of Building Materials Mixing Plant:


    Dry mix mortar production line: First the raw material is put into the feed hooper according to mixture ratio, and then, through the action of control system, the equipment can realize automatic feeding, automatic mixing and automatic rationing and packaging.


    Furthermore, the equipment adopts high-efficiency biaxial agravic mixer as its main mixing system. Requiring little investment and small area but with good efficiency, it shall be an ideal one for small and medium-sized company.


    Applications of Dry and Wet Mortar Mixing Plant:


    Dry mortar is also called pre-mixed mortar, which made in the factory by precise batching and uniform mixing. It can be used directly just by adding water in construction site. It has different properties though adding different additives.
