Working Principle of Multi-deck Rotary Vibating Screen Separator:
Multi-deck rotary vibating screen separator adopts the latest
vertical vibrating motor, which produces a horizontal, vertical and
oblique vibration of three dimensional, and then directly passes
the vibration to screen surface.
Changing the angle of the upper and lower eccentric block of the
motor, it produces different exciting force, and the direction in
which the material is running is changed.

Installation requirements:
1. The bolts of the electric motor must be tightened
2. The frame must be compacted on an equal footing
3. The horizontal layering is essential for screen wider than 80
cm, and the layering must be lightened in case the frame hangs to
crack the screen
4. The screen mesh must be nailed down by 19 mm shoe tacks
5. If the screen doesn’t make the material moving, change a motor
thread
