Working Principle of Mine Jaw Crusher:
1. Jaw crusher mainly consists of frame, eccentric shaft, jaw
plate, connecting bar, adjustment part and spring.
2. The movable jaw goes upward and downward through eccentric shaft
when belt and belt wheel are driven by the motor.
3. The angle between movable jaw and bracket turns big when the
movable jaw goes upward, which pushes the movable jaw plate to come
closely to fixed jaw plate.
4. At the same time, materials are crushed with the movement of the
movable jaw. When the movable jaw goes downward, the angle between
movable jaw and bracket turns small.
5. Under the force of spring and connecting bars, the movable jaw
plate leaves fixed jaw plate, and the crushed materials with
qualified size are discharged from the crushing cavity.
6. With the continuous rotation of the motor, the movable jaw
crushes and discharges materials, which, in turn, realizes the goal
of mass production.
Main Features of Stone Jaw Crusher:
The Jaw Crusher is configured for primary crushing of even the
hardest rock. Incoming material is crushed between the jaw
crusher’s fixed plate and movable plate through advancing and
retreating motions of the jaw crusher pitman arm. The Jaw Crusher
main shaft bearing includes a dust seal with oil bath lubrication.
1. Roller bearings provide strength & safety. Oil bath lubrication
ensures longer service life.
2. Toggle plate, toggle block, and toggle seat protect the jaw
crusher from damage caused by uncrushable material in the crushing
chamber. This construction helps to maintain a stable crushing
angle.
3. Simple & quick discharge gap adjustment, precise product grain
distribution.
4. Large & deep crushing chamber with sharp crushing angle, to
achieve a very high crushing ratio.
