Operating Principles of Dry Mortar Blender:
1. The horizontal mixer W has atomizing and liquid adding device.
It is also equipped with double axis paddle rotor.
2. The direction of rotation is opposite. The paddle drives
materials to rotate with a certain angle of paddles.
3. The paddle instantly lose weight. Then the materials on both
sides will rotate oppositely and drop in the other’s zone.
4. The materials are mixed back and forth. The central part forms a
fluidzed weightless zone and rotating vortices and radially move
along axis to form all-around combined circle and reach the average
quickly.
5. After mixing the materials will be discharged from the bottom.
