Installation and commissioning of equipment:

with the air cylinder.Use solenoid valve to control.The air
pressure should guarantee 0.6Mpa. pressure according to the

4. Install the control cabinet according to the requirement of the
production line. Use AC contactor to control the circuit.
5. Confirm the rotating direction of the main axis,the chain wheel
and the scutcheon arrow.Ensure that the chain aims the position of
two main axis.The installation of the body and the transmission
device refers to the outside view.Move the reducer to tension the
chain. Move with hands and pay attention to the infall of the left
and right main axis to make sure there is no friction.
6. Add engine oil for the reducer, chain and bearing.
7. The requirement of trial run: Maintain the empty machine
operates 3 hours after energizing. Check the bearing block
temperature of the two main axis. Make sure that no noise in the
machine and the scutcheon arrow of the chain wheel point to the
same direction.
