2. Brief Introduction of Coal Grinding Mill:
This machine is widely used in metallurgy, building materials,
chemical industry, mine and so on fields for crushing mineral
materials, it is suitable for processing all kinds of inflammable
and non-explosive minerals with Mohs hardness below 7, humidity
below 6%, such as gypsum, talc, calcite, limestone, marble,
potassium feldspar, barites, dolomite, granite, kaolin, peng
bentonite, stone, bauxite, most, iron ore, etc. The product size is
613μm~440μm (0.613mm~0.044mm), through the common effect of
analysis machine and fan, it can meet the using requirements of
different users. This machine is a kind of high-performance closed
circuit milling equipment, and has the advantages of high
efficiency, low electric consumption, covering small area, small
capital investment and no environmental pollution.
3. Structural characteristics of raymond mill:
1. The whole machine has vertical structure, cover a small area,
strong systematicness, from raw materials rough matching to
delivery to milling and final packaging; it can be an independent
production system.

3. Raymond mill host transmission device adopts sealed gear box and
belt pulley, smooth transmission, reliable operation.
4. Working Principles of Fuel Pulverized Machine:
Raymond mill firstly grind the big block raw materials to needed
feeding size, then materials will be transported to storage silo
through the Ben elevator. Then by electromagnetic vibration feeder
evenly to the host grinding chamber, the material in mill chamber
will be grinded between rollers and rings, grinded powder will be
brought to the analytical engine by the fan engine air. After have
achieved the required powder fineness, the powder will enter into
large cyclone collector through pipeline, separation and
collection, the finished products will discharge from the unloaded.
When the host is in the working process, shovel knife system has
played a very important role. It located at the bottom rollers.
