Type Gas Nitriding electric Furnace for aluminum belong to energy
saving cycle production furnace, mainly used for a chemical heating
technical to make the nitrogen atom infiltrate the work-piece
surface at 650-950℃
Function of vacuum heat treatment furnace:
1) To obtain high surface hardness
2) To increase wear resistance and antigalling properties
3) To improve fatigue life
4) To improve corrosion resistance
5) To obtain a surface that is resistant to the softening effect of
heat at temperatures up to the nitriding temperature.
Heat treatment furnace Structure:
The furnace is comprised of furnace body, sealing system and
temperature control. The furnace body is comprised of furnace
shell, furnace lining, heating elements, muffle tank, furnace
cover, fan and furnace cover lifting mechanism.
Furnace shell: The frame of furnace shell is fabricated from 3mm steel plates
and 12# ~14#sectional steel；
Furnace lining: The furnace lining is a composite structure, the main body is
lined with aluminum fiber blocks;
Heating elements: The furnace employs quality 0Cr25AL5 high
temperature alloy belts as heating element;
Nitriding furnace tank: It is made of 8mm 321 (1Cr18Ni9Ti) heat-resistant stainless steel
by welding;
Furnace cover: The furnace cover is made from A3 ＃30mm steel
plates;
Ammoina dryer mixing fan: The furnace cover is equipped with a mixing fan. The fan impeller
is made from 316L steel centrifugal vanes.
Furnace cover up-down mechanism: The furnace cover moves up or down electrically through an
electrical screw.
